The Ingredients need to make Japanese Daikon Rice and Onigiri (Rice Ball):
  1. Prepare 1 of Daikon Radish stalk
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup of dried young sardines
  3. Prepare 6 g of dried bonito flakes
  4. It’s 2 tablespoon of sesame
  5. Prepare 1 teaspoon of Dashi powder (Japanese fish bouillon powder)
  6. It’s 2 tablespoon of sesame oil
  7. You need of Cooked rice
Step to make Japanese Daikon Rice and Onigiri (Rice Ball):
  1. Remove the big leaves of the stalk
  2. Cut finely
  3. Bonito flakes and young dried sardines
  4. Sesame oil on pan and fry Daikon stalks first
  5. Fry well for about 5 minutes and then put sardines and bonito flake Season with Dashi powder.
  6. And put sesame
  7. Mix cooked rice with Daikon stalks fry. And garnish with sesame
