The Ingredients need to make Japanese Leek and Ginger Soup:
  1. You need 2 of Japanese leeks
  2. Prepare 2 of thumbs Ginger
  3. You need 1 block of Silken tofu
  4. You need 100 grams of Pork
  5. You need 900 ml of Water
  6. Prepare 1/2 tbsp of Chicken stock granules
  7. You need 1 tbsp of Soy sauce
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp of Sake
  9. You need 2 pinch of Salt
Step to make Japanese Leek and Ginger Soup:
  1. Mince the white part of the leek, and cut the green part into round slice Grate one of the ginger, and mince the other one.
  2. Cut the pork into very thin strip
  3. Heat oil in a pot, and stir-fry the pork. When it starts to cook through, add the minced leek and ginger, and continue stir-frying.
  4. When fragrant, add the water and flavouring ingredients, and scoop in the tofu with a spoon.
  5. Simmer for about 15 minutes, add the grated ginger and round slices of leek, then its done!
