The Ingredients needed to make Japanese Rolled Omelet:
  1. You need 3 of eggs
  2. You need 1 tbs of sugar
  3. You need 1 tsp of Japanese granule soup stock
  4. You need 1 tbs of oil
Step to make Japanese Rolled Omelet:
  1. Crack eggs into a bowl, add all ingredients except for oil and mix well.
  2. Spread oil in the rectangle pan and heat it over medium heat.
  3. Pour 1/3 of the egg mixture into the pan and spread it.
  4. Roll the egg to the side.
  5. Put it on another side and pour other 1/3 of the egg mixture in empty side.
  6. Repeat method 5 until you use up the egg.
  7. Serve on a plates and enjoy it!
