The Ingredients needed to make Mutton Pulao:
  1. Prepare of For yakni
  2. You need 1 kg of mutton
  3. You need 8 glass of water
  4. It’s 2 tbsp of salt
  5. Prepare 4-5 of Clove
  6. It’s 6-8 of Black pepper
  7. Prepare 3-4 of cinnamon
  8. You need 2-3 of black cardamom
  9. It’s 1 tbsp of sonuf(fennel seeds)
  10. You need 8-10 piece of red gol mirch
  11. You need 1 tbsp of coriandar
  12. Prepare 1 piece of cheese cloth(malmal)
  13. You need 1/2 kg of potato (optional)
  14. Prepare of For Rice
  15. Prepare 1/2 of Oil
  16. You need 3-4 of Cloves
  17. It’s 6 of Black pepper
  18. It’s 3 of cardamom
  19. Prepare 2 of black cardamom
  20. You need 2 of bayleave
  21. It’s 2 of cinnamon stick
  22. Prepare 1 tsp of black zeera
  23. You need 1 of large onion slices
  24. It’s 1 tbsp of garlic paste
  25. Prepare 1 tbsp of ginger paste
  26. Prepare 1 kg of Rice(30 minutes soak)
  27. It’s 1/2 cup of curd
  28. Prepare 8-10 of Green Chilli blender (as required)
  29. You need 1 tsp of red chilli flakes (optional)
Step to make Mutton Pulao:
  1. Take a pan put the Mutton
  2. Take a cheese colth
  3. Put 1 table spoon coriandar
  4. 1 tbsp of saunf
  5. Add Black pepper
  6. Add Clove
  7. BLACK cardamom
  8. Add cinnamon stick
  9. All together this spice
  10. Make a potli
  11. Then 6 to 8 Glass water in mutton pan
  12. Then add prepared spice potli
  13. Add salt to taste
  14. Add red gol mirch
  15. Put the flame on medium to low flame
  16. Boil the water then add 1/2 kg of potatoes and cook until potatoes are tender
  17. After a while check this potato are tender so leave the Mutton in pan and cook until mutton is tender
  18. Take one piece of mutton and check this mutton are soft then flame is off
  19. Remove the spice potli
  20. Take green chilli in blender as shown
  21. Take a large pan and add hole garam masala
  22. Add slices onion fry nice golden colour
  23. Also add ginger and garlic paste stir it
  24. Then add blended Green Chilli mix very well
  25. Add boil mutton and fry it until nice shining mutton
  26. Add curd and stirring continuesly for 5 minutes
  27. Then add saved yakni
  28. And salt to taste
  29. Add chilli flakes
  30. Add soaked rice stir it then check this water to requried so add this normal water
  31. Mix and cover the rice and let it cook
  32. You see the water is reduced and little bit bubbles are showing
  33. Then add bolied potatoes nicely mix
  34. Take a tawa put the flame on and out the something heavy on the pan for atleast 15 mins
  35. Rice are fully cooked
  36. Serve with salad or ratia
