Its a savory dish using ramen noodles ( egg noodles ) and is refreshing and deliciou Hiyashi chūka (cold ramen) is made with cold Chinese-style egg noodles, with sweet vinegar sauce and topped with vegetables, egg and ham. Thats when I thought of hiyashi chūka.

The Ingredients need to make Japanese Hiyashi Chuka Ramen:
  1. You need 140 grams of Fortune Hong Kong Style Noodle
  2. You need 1 pieces of Japanese cucumber
  3. Prepare 4 sheets of Ham
  4. You need 100 grams of Bean Sprout
  5. It’s 1 piece of Egg
  6. You need 1/2 tbsp of Potato Starch + 1/2 tbsp water
  7. You need 4 pieces of Prowns
  8. You need 2 pieces of Crab Sticks
  9. Prepare 4 pieces of Small Tomato (Cherry Tomato)
  10. Prepare of <Sauce>
  11. It’s 4 tbsp of Konbu Tsuyu (Konbu seaweed Soy Sauce)
  12. You need 2 tbsp of Rice Vinegar
  13. You need 2 tbsp of Water
  14. Prepare 2 tsp of Suger
  15. You need 1 tsp of Sesame Oil

Hiyashi Chūka or chilled ramen is a cold Japanese ramen salad thats the perfect light meal for a hot summer day. With loads of veggies and protein over a bed of chilled ramen noodles drizzled with a tangy sesame dressing, its sure to wake your appetite on even the hottest of day Vegan Hiyashi Chuka is a Japanese cold ramen noodle dish with an assortment of toppings doused in a delicious sesame sauce. Step to make Japanese Hiyashi Chuka Ramen:
