The Ingredients need to make Japanese Muscat Mochi:
  1. It’s 6 of fresh muscats
  2. Prepare 3 tablespoon of sticky rice powder
  3. It’s 2 tablespoon of sugar
  4. You need 3.5 tablespoon of water
  5. It’s of Wafer powder or starch powder
Step to make Japanese Muscat Mochi:
  1. Grape farm and big sweet muscat
  2. Mix sticky rice powder and sugar very well. And add water and mix well. Wash muscat.
  3. Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds by 600w. Then knead well with spatula, and microwave again for 30 seconds and knead. And repeat again till the Mochi dough is clear.
  4. Put Mochi dough on wafer powder or starch. And divide into 6 piece
  5. Wrap muscat with Mochi dough. Mochi will stick to your hands, so please put the powder on your hands and finger
