  7. It’s 30 of cm Burdock root
  8. Prepare 1 of Carrot
  9. Prepare 1/2 of Onion
  10. It’s 1 of as much (to taste) Wood ear mushrooms
  11. Prepare 1 of Edamame
  12. Prepare 1 of as much (to taste) Processed cheese
  13. It’s of Seasoning
  14. It’s 1 tbsp of Miso
  15. It’s 1 tbsp of Sake
  16. You need 1 tbsp of Mirin
  17. You need 1/2 tbsp of Soy sauce
  18. It’s of Toppings
  19. It’s 1 of Sesame seeds

Step to make Japanese-style Miso Cake Salé with Pancake Mix:
  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the milk, oil, and pancake mix and just mix it all up!
  2. Cut the additional ingredients into bite size
  3. Stir-fry the ingredients from Step 2. Mix all the seasoning ingredients and add to the pan. Stir-fry until all the moisture evaporate
  4. Turn off the heat, add the 1 cm cubes of cheese and give it a quick stir.
  5. Add the batter from Step 1 to Step 4. The key here is not to over mix.
