Beef Miso Soup

The Ingredients need to make Beef Miso Soup:
  1. Prepare 150 g of Beef - Breakfast Steak cut or Sukiyaki cut
  2. It’s 2 stalks of celery, sliced crosswise
  3. It’s 1 of Red Onion, chopped
  4. You need 3 cloves of Garlic, minced
  5. It’s 1 of Thumb of Ginger, minced
  6. You need 1 stalk of Leeks, sliced crosswise
  7. Prepare 2 cups of water
  8. You need 1/4 of Beef broth cube
  9. It’s 1 block of Tofu, cubed
  10. You need 1-2 Tbsp of Miso paste
  11. You need of Few leaves of Coriander
  12. Prepare to taste of Nori strips
  13. Prepare of Cooking oil
  14. Prepare to taste of Salt pepper
  15. You need 1 of Bay leaf (optional)
  16. You need of Garnish (optional)
Step to make Beef Miso Soup:
  1. Sauté garlic, onions, ginger in pot with a little oil.

Slice beef into crosswise strip

Add to the pot once onions are translucent. Mix in.

Season with salt and ground black or white pepper.

  1. Add sliced leek

Include the green leaves, they are delicious in soup And they will cook thoroughly.

  1. Pour the water in. Add the celery, tofu, and beef broth cube.

Add the fresh miso paste. Its up to you how much you want to put in. Freeze the rest for another time.

Add the coriander leaves and cut up nori strip

  1. Adjust taste accordingly with salt or a little more beef broth cube.

Let simmer for another 10 minute

  1. Then serve while hot. Garnish with a few scallions on top (optional).
