  2. Prepare 1 tbsp of ★Sake
  3. Prepare 2 tsp of ★Shio-koji (salt-fermented rice malt)
  4. Prepare 5 of cm Daikon radish
  5. It’s 1/3 of Carrot
  6. Prepare 1 stalk of Green onion
  7. You need 1 tbsp of ☆Sake
  8. Prepare 2 tsp of ☆Garlic soy sauce
  9. Prepare 1 tsp of ☆Sesame oil
Step to make Yellowtail with Shio-Koji Steamed in a Microwave:
  1. Chop each yellow tail into 3 pieces, and marinate in the ★ ingredients for 15 minute Julienne the daikon radish and carrot, then cut the green onion into thin round slice
  2. Arrange the daikon radish and carrot in a heatproof dish, and swirl in the ☆ ingredient Place the yellow tail on top, loosely cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 4-5 minute
  3. When finished cooking, sprinkle with the green onion.
