The Ingredients need to make Yellowtail Teriyaki (Buri-no-Teriyaki):
  1. You need 2 pcs of Yellowtail Fillet
  2. Prepare 1.5 tbs of Soy Sauce
  3. You need 1.5 tbs of Mirin
  4. You need 1.5 tbs of Sake
  5. Prepare 0.5 tbs of Sugar
  6. Prepare 0.5 tbs of Cooking Oil
Step to make Yellowtail Teriyaki (Buri-no-Teriyaki):
  1. Sprinkle salt on Yellowtail. Keep it on place for 15~20min, if its very hot day, better put it in refrigerator.
  2. Take away moisture on Yellowtail with kitchen towel.
  3. Roast Yellowtail in a pan with oil. After Yellowtail become browned, Add soy sauce, Mirin, sake, sugar to the pan.
  4. Simmer for a while, and thats all.
