The Ingredients needed to make Veg Fried Rice:
  1. You need 1 cup of long grain rice
  2. You need 3-4 of spring onions finely chopped( greens and whites separated
  3. It’s 5 of finely chopped garlic cloves
  4. Prepare 2 tbsp of finely chopped carrots
  5. Prepare 1 tbsp of finely chopped capsicum
  6. It’s 2 tbsp of shredded or grated cabbage
  7. It’s 1 tsp of finely chopped ginger(optional)
  8. It’s 3 tsp of soy sauce
  9. You need 1 tsp of vinegar
  10. Prepare 1 tsp of black pepper powder
  11. You need 2 tbsp of oil
  12. It’s to taste of Salt

Step to make Veg Fried Rice:

  3. Then add all the veggies and stir fry it on high flame. Keep stirring and tossing veggies for uniform cooking. This will keep the crunchiness of veggies intact and avoid burning of veggie
  4. Now add soy sauce, black pepper powder and salt and mix well.
  5. Add cooked rice and mix gently with veggie Stir fry it for a couple of minute
  6. Lastly add vinegar, mix well and also add spring onions green Turn off the heat.
  7. Serve hot with manchurian or your choice of dish.

Here I have not added ginger garlic paste, but after sauteing the veggies if we add ginger garlic paste, the taste of the fried rice can be enhanced even. You can find the recipe Here.!
