The Ingredients need to make Veg Fried Rice:
  1. It’s 300 gm of rice (cooked)(Fresh or leftover)
  2. You need 2-3 tbsps of veg oil
  3. You need of 2 cups Mixed vegetables chopped
  4. You need of Carrot / Beans / Broccoli/ Cauliflower/ capsicum
  5. You need 10 of Garlic cloves chopped
  6. You need 1 of medium sized onion chopped
  7. It’s 1 tbsp of Chilli oil (see recipe)
  8. It’s of Salt as per taste
  9. You need of Chopped Green onion (optional)

Step to make Veg Fried Rice:
  1. Prepare everything needed…cook the rice (dont make it mushy).Chop the garlic, onion and Vegetable Heat oil in a wok and add in the garlic and onion and saute it. Then add the carrot and saute it.
  2. Then add in all the prepared Vegetables - beans, Broccoli, cauliflower and capsicum/ bell pepper…saute it. Add chilli oil dip and mix well. Add salt as per taste. Then add the cooked rice and mix well but gently. Serve hot with anything you prefer. We had it with Chilli Bon Appetit!!!

Here I have not added ginger garlic paste, but after sauteing the veggies if we add ginger garlic paste, the taste of the fried rice can be enhanced even. You can find the recipe Here.!
