- It’s 1 big piece of Ginger
- Prepare 1 tsp of Khuskhus (poppy seeds)
- Prepare 6-8 pieces of Cashews
- You need as needed of Oil for onion frying
- Prepare as needed of Oil for chicken frying
- Prepare 2 tbs of Curd
- Prepare 6 of Cloves
- It’s 2 of Tej patta / bay leaves
- You need 4 of Green cardmom
- You need 1 piece of cinnamon
- It’s 3 of star anise
- You need 1 tsp of black pepper corn
- It’s 3 cup of Rice
- It’s 2 of green chilli slit
- Prepare 8 of onion chopped
- Prepare 2 of tomato chopped
- It’s 2 tsp of Eastern biryani masala
- It’s 4 tbs of Ghee
- It’s 1/2 cup of Fresh pudina
- It’s 1/4 cup of Coriander leaves
- Prepare as needed of Few curry leaves
Layer the chicken masala and rice; sprinkle biryani masala, fried cashews, raisins, fried onions, chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves, sprinkle left over ghee and few drops of saffron milk the rice as the final layering.

Step to make Kerala style chicken biryani:

- Now take heavy bottom pan add little ghee on the surface add one layer of chicken masala second layer of rice again chicken and rice till whole rice and chicken use garnish with fried onion,cashew and pudina,coriander leave Add little ghee on the sides and in center pour little ghee over it.close with lid And give dum on slow heat for 15 minute Serve hot with boiled egg,kerala Papad and tomato onion raita. And enjoy this delicious chicken biryani.
