The Ingredients need to make Aviyal-Kerala style:
  1. It’s 100 gms of beans, carrot, potato, Pumpkin, Brinjal
  2. It’s 7-8 of green chilies
  3. You need 1 cup of curd, 1 ts-Thuvaran dal,1 cup coconut(grated)
  4. You need 1 bunch of curry leaves
  5. Prepare 2 of ts salt, turmeric powder, mustard, coconut oil, jeera

To begin making the Kerala Style Avial Recipe, we will first steam all the vegetables along with salt. I like to cook the vegetables together in a pressure cooker.   3. In a pan add the baked vegetables, curd, grinded paste and a cup of curd. Then cook for 5 minute
  4. In a frying pan add coconut oil allow mustard to crack add curry leaves and add this to avial.
  5. Aviyal is ready to taste.
