The Ingredients need to make Kerala Naadan ChIlli Meat:
- It’s 1/2 kg of boneless mutton
- It’s 1/2 tsp of salt
- It’s 1/2 tsp of haldi ( Turmeric powder)
- Prepare 1 tsp of zeera (cumin)powder
- You need 2 tsp of dhania (coriander)powder
- You need 1 tsp of garam masala powder
- It’s 1/2 tsp of Black pepper powder
- It’s 2 tsp of red chilli powder
- You need 1 of tomato, chopped
- It’s 1 of large onion, sliced
- It’s 15-20 of curry leaves
- You need 4-5 of green chillies, slit
- Prepare 3 tbsp of ghee
- You need 1 inch of dalchini
- Prepare 1 tbsp of ginger, crushed
- Prepare 1 tbsp of garlic, crushed
- Prepare 1 1/2 tsp of desicated coconut
Step to make Kerala Naadan ChIlli Meat:
- Marinate the mutton with salt, haldi, dhania, zeera, garam masala, pepper powder, red chilli powder, tomato and half of the curry leave Set aside for 1 hour.
- Cook the meat in its own juices till tender and all the water dries up.
- Heat ghee in a pan. Add the crushed ginger and garlic, curry leaves and green chillie Saute till garlic turns golden. Add the sliced onion and saute for a few minute
- Add the cooked mutton and cook on a high flame stirring constantly. Add the desicated coconut and mix well. Enjoy!
