The Ingredients need to make Indonesian Dessert: Kolak:
  1. Prepare 1 of Sweet potatoes (cassava root)
  2. It’s 3 tbsp of ☆Palm sugar (brown sugar)
  3. You need 300 grams of Coconut milk (powdered, canned, or raw)
  4. Prepare 1 of ★Rum (optional)
  5. It’s 1 of ★Cinnamon (powder or stick)
  6. Prepare 20 of cm ★Pandan leaves (optional)
Step to make Indonesian Dessert: Kolak:
  1. Prepare all ingredient
  2. This is the cassava root. If you cant get it, you can use sweet potato instead. Peel, then boil until softened.
  3. Once soft, add the remaining ingredients and simmer until its as rich as you like.
  4. Done. Serve hot or chilled.
