The Ingredients needed to make Mutton yakhni pulao:

  7. It’s 1 tsp of Coriander seeds
  8. You need 2 of small Bay Leaf

  10. Prepare 1 inch of piece of ginger
  11. Prepare 5 of – 6 cloves Garlic
  12. Prepare 2 of dried red chili
  13. Prepare 1 of medium onion (sliced)

  17. It’s of Rice 3 cups (soaked for 30 minutes)

  10. Close the lid and let rice steam(put on dum) for 15 minutes on low flame. Once done- fluff the rice with a flat spoon and serve! Enjoy!
