The Ingredients need to make Mutton Seekh Pulao:
- You need 500 gms of mutton mince
- It’s 1/2 tsp of salt
- It’s 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
- You need 1 tsp of red chilli powder
- Prepare 1 tsp of garam masala
- It’s 2 of green chillies
- You need 1/4 cup of fried onion
- You need 1 tbsp of curd
- Prepare 1 tbsp of each mint and coriander leaves
- You need of Other ingredients
- Prepare 2 cups of basmati rice soaked in water for 30 minutes
- You need 1/2 cup of green peas
- It’s 1/2 cup of sliced onions
- Prepare of Oil
- It’s of Whole garam masala
- Prepare 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
- You need 1 tbsp of pulao masala
- It’s 1 tbsp of garam masala
- You need 1/2 cup of curd
- You need 1 cube of maggi chicken stock
- Prepare to taste of Salt
- Prepare 4 cups of water
- Prepare 2 of potatoes cut into wedges and shallow fried
Step to make Mutton Seekh Pulao:
- Mix all the ingredients for the seekh and grind to a smooth pulp in the mixer. Shape into seekha and shallow fry. Set aside. Also fry the potatoes and set aside.
- Heat oil in a vessel. Add the whole garam masala and the sliced onion Saute till onions get golden brown. Now add the ginger garlic paste, curd, pulao masala and garam masala and fry for a few minute Add the green peas and saute for 5 minute Add the chicken cube, salt and the soaked rice. Fry the rice till it seems to soak in all the liquid.
- Add the water to the rice. Cook on high flame till it comes to a boil. Now reduce the flame to medium and cook till the water almost dries up. Add the seekh and fried potatoes and mix well. Cover and cook on simmer for 10 to 12 minutes or till the rice is done. Enjoy!
