- You need 2 of sweet potatoes boiled…or more
- It’s 1 of egg
- It’s 1-2 tbsp of butter
- You need 1 of onion diced
- Prepare of Paprika and mixed herbs
- You need of Salt and vinegar
Step to make Low Fat Breakfa..Poached Eggs and Buttered Sweet Potatoes:
- A poached egg is like a boiled egg only without the shell..cook it in hot .. See my poached egg post for details
- Boil some .it should not be sizzling hot…add in a little vinegar..break your egg in a bowl and gently drop it into the water
- Use a spoon to take of the scum…add salt and pepper (optional)…let it cook to your liking….
- In a pan saute your onions in butter..throw in your sweet potatoes, paprika,and mixed herbs
- Your easy fix breakfast is ready
