The Ingredients needed to make Mutton Seekh Pulao:
  1. Prepare 500 gms of mutton mince
  2. Prepare 1/2 tsp of salt
  3. It’s 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
  4. Prepare 1 tsp of red chilli powder
  5. Prepare 1 tsp of garam masala
  6. It’s 2 of green chillies
  7. Prepare 1/4 cup of fried onion
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp of curd
  9. Prepare 1 tbsp of each mint and coriander leaves
  10. Prepare of Other ingredients
  11. Prepare 2 cups of basmati rice soaked in water for 30 minutes
  12. It’s 1/2 cup of green peas
  13. You need 1/2 cup of sliced onions
  14. Prepare of Oil
  15. Prepare of Whole garam masala
  16. Prepare 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
  17. Prepare 1 tbsp of pulao masala
  18. It’s 1 tbsp of garam masala
  19. Prepare 1/2 cup of curd
  20. It’s 1 cube of maggi chicken stock
  21. You need to taste of Salt
  22. You need 4 cups of water
  23. Prepare 2 of potatoes cut into wedges and shallow fried
Step to make Mutton Seekh Pulao:
  1. Mix all the ingredients for the seekh and grind to a smooth pulp in the mixer. Shape into seekha and shallow fry. Set aside. Also fry the potatoes and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a vessel. Add the whole garam masala and the sliced onion Saute till onions get golden brown. Now add the ginger garlic paste, curd, pulao masala and garam masala and fry for a few minute Add the green peas and saute for 5 minute Add the chicken cube, salt and the soaked rice. Fry the rice till it seems to soak in all the liquid.
  3. Add the water to the rice. Cook on high flame till it comes to a boil. Now reduce the flame to medium and cook till the water almost dries up. Add the seekh and fried potatoes and mix well. Cover and cook on simmer for 10 to 12 minutes or till the rice is done. Enjoy!
