The Ingredients needed to make Afghan Style Egg Recipe (Breakfast):
  1. You need 2 of Onions,
  2. Prepare 1 of Tomato,
  3. Prepare 2 of Medium Size Potato,
  4. Prepare 3 of Eggs,
  5. You need 4 of Green Chilli,
  6. Prepare 1/2 cup of Coriander Leaves,
  7. You need to taste of Salt,
  8. You need as needed of Oil,
  9. It’s 1 tablespoon of Black Pepper,
  10. You need 1 tablespoon of chilli powder
Step to make Afghan Style Egg Recipe (Breakfast):
  1. Take a frying pan add required amount of oil, as the oil is hot add chopped onions and fry for 2 to 3 minute
  2. Add chopped potatoes close the lid and cook until soft, later add chopped tomatoes, add required amount of salt and black pepper, wait until tomato gets mashed.
  3. Add the Eggs Separately without beating it. Close the lid for 2 minute
  4. Garnish it with green chillies and coriander leave
  5. Serve it HOT
