  1. You need For of Sambhar Ingredients-

  3. You need 1/2 cup of chopped pumpkin
  4. It’s 1/2 cup of chopped bottle gourd
  5. It’s 1/2 cup of chopped brinjal
  6. It’s 1/2 cup of boiled potatoes
  7. Prepare 1/2 cup of chopped beans
  8. Prepare 1 of chopped onion
  9. It’s 1 of chopped tomato
  10. It’s 2 glasses of water
  11. Prepare For of Spices-
  12. Prepare 1 tbsp of mustard seeds
  13. Prepare 5-10 of curry leaves
  14. Prepare 2 tbsp of Tamarind water
  15. You need 1 of grated ginger
  16. Prepare 1 of chopped green chilli
  17. It’s 1/2 tbsp of turmeric powder
  18. You need 3 tbsp of sambhar masala
  19. Prepare 1/2 tbsp of red chilli powder
  20. It’s 1 pinch of asafoetida
  21. You need 2 of whole red chillies
  22. Prepare 2 tbsp of mustard oil
  23. You need as per taste of Salt
  24. It’s For of Dosa Ingredients-
  25. You need 3/4 cup of oats powder
  26. It’s 1/2 cup of rice flour
  27. It’s 1/4 cup of suji/rawa
  28. You need 1 tbsp of salt
  29. Prepare 2.5 cups of water
  30. Prepare For of Idli Ingredients-
  31. Prepare 1.5 cup of suji
  32. It’s 1.5 cup of normal curd
  33. You need 1 tbsp of salt
  34. Prepare 1.5 tbsp of Eno
  35. You need as required of Oil to grease
Step to make South Indian Platter: Sambar Dosa Idli:
  1. Take dal rinse it properly add into the cooker along with all vegetables with turmeric powder, salt, green chilli, ginger, tomato and onion. Add water and mix well. Now close the lid and cook it till 4 whistles on medium flame.
  2. Now open the cooker add red chilli, sambhar masala, tamarind water and mix it properly.
  3. Now for tempering take a pan add mustard oil heat it and then add mustard seeds,hing, whole red chilli and curry leaves and mix the sambhar in it and cook it for another 2 minute Our sambhar is ready to serve.
  4. Now for dosa. Take a bowl add all the flours and salt and water mix it well and make a thin consistency batter and let it rest for 20 minute
  5. After that take a dosa tawa heat it up and sprinkle little water then clean it and pour batter and cook it till crispy at medium flame and our oats dosa is ready to serve with sambhar.
  6. For idli making take a suji and curd in a bowl and add salt in it and mix water to make idli batter. Let it rest for 20 minute Now grease the idli moulds and now mix the batter properly now add Eno and quickly pour batter into idli moulds and microwave it for 3 minutes and let it cool and then demould it. Our idlis are ready to serve with chutney or sambhar. My South Indian platter is ready to serve. Enjoy.
