The Ingredients needed to make South Indian veg salna:
- Prepare 1 whole of Cauliflower-
- You need 2 of Onion -
- You need 2 of Tomatoes -
- It’s 4 pods of Garlic -
- It’s 1 inch of ginger
- You need 2 of Green chilli-
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Coriander powder
- It’s 1 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli power
- You need 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder
- Prepare 1 of bay leaf
- Prepare 4 of Cloves
- It’s 4 of Cinnamon
- Prepare 1 of Staranies
- Prepare 1 tsp of Cumin seeds
- Prepare as required of Salt
- It’s As required of Fresh coriander leaves
- You need 1 tbsp of spoon of butter
Step to make South Indian veg salna:
- Cut all the onions, tomatoes, garlic and ginger to small pieces
- Heat the kadai and add 2 teaspoon of oil and add all the ingredient mean for seasonings
- Then add 2 green chilli and onion, ginger and garlic saute it for 5 minutes
- Add turmeric powder, coriander powder and kashmiri red chilli powder add required salt
- And saute it for 5 to 10 minutes
- Now add the tomatoes to it and off the flam and add let it cool and grind it to a smooth paste
- Now saute the cauliflower by adding 3 teaspoon of oil in a cooker
- Then add the masala paste to it
- Then add 2 glass of water and close the lid retain for 2 whistles
- Garnish with some fresh coriander leaves and a tsps of butter
