The Ingredients need to make South Indian Curd Rice:
- You need 2 Cup of cooked Rice(Left over rice is also done)
- You need 1 Cup of Normal Curd(take normal thick curd not too watery)
- It’s To taste of Salt
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Mustard seeds
- Prepare 1 tsp of Urad Dal
- Prepare 1 of green chilli chopped
- Prepare 1 tsp of ginger grated
- You need 2 tsp of Curry leaves
- You need 1 of Dry Red chilli
- You need as needed of oil
Step to make South Indian Curd Rice:
- Take Cooked rice in a bowl and mix Curd and salt in it
- Heat 1tbsp oil in a small tadka wok, add dry Red chilli and let it fry and then add mustard seeds and let it splutter
- Next add Udad dal and let it be lil brown
- Now add Curry leaves, chopped chilli, grated ginger and fry for some seconds
- Pour the tadka into mixed curd rice and mix well.
- Refrigerate for 15-20 mins and serve cold.
