The Ingredients needed to make Multi Grain Breads Pakoda:
  1. Prepare 1 bowl of Gram flour
  2. Prepare of As required water
  3. It’s To taste of salt
  4. It’s 1/4 tsp of red chilli powder
  5. Prepare 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder
  6. Prepare 1/4 tsp of garam masala
  7. Prepare 1/4 tsp of coriander seeds powder
  8. It’s 1 tb of sp kasuri methi
  9. Prepare 1/2 tsp of carrom seeds
  10. Prepare 4 of Multi Grain Breads slices
  11. Prepare of As required Cooking Oil for deep frying
  12. It’s 2 tb of sp Onion coriander chutney
Step to make Multi Grain Breads Pakoda:
  1. Add besan in a mixing bowl and make a batter of pouring consistency by adding water slowly. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, carrom seeds, garam masala and coriander seeds powder and mix well. Keep aside for 15 minute
  2. Slit bread slices diagonally in two. Heat oil in a wok. Dip bread in the gram flour batter.
  3. Deep fry till golden brown colour. Flip the side and fry from other side also.. Like wise make all the pakoda
  4. Serve hot with onion coriander chutney.
