The Ingredients needed to make Multi Grain Chila:
  1. You need 100 gms of wheat flour
  2. You need 100 gm of gram flour
  3. Prepare 100 gm of semolina
  4. Prepare 100 gm of rice flour
  5. You need 250 gms of onion green leaves finely chopped
  6. It’s 1 of onion finely chopped
  7. You need 2-3 of tomatoes finely chopped
  8. You need 10 cloves of garlic and 2inc ginger paste
  9. It’s to taste of Salt
  10. You need of Oil
  11. Prepare 3 of eggs
  12. It’s of Water
  13. You need of Some crushed black pepper
  14. It’s 2-3 teaspoon of milk
  15. It’s 5-6 of green chillies and coriander leaves
Step to make Multi Grain Chila:
  1. Take all the things together, wash the vegetables
  2. Finely chop all the vegetables and beat the eggs with some 2-3 tablespoon milk
  3. Mix all the ingredients together and add water to get flowing consistency, add salt as per taste and black pepper powder
  4. Add the egg and milk batter to the mixture and again beat it for sometime.
  5. Grease the Tawa or pan with some oil and pour the batter on medium hot tawa
  6. Add some oil on the sides to let the chila cook, once the chila leave the sides flip it. Make sure you put the gas on Sim otherwise it might get burnt
  7. Cook it on Sim gas on both the side Let it cook from inside
  8. Your healthy Multigrain chila is ready to eat. Serve it with green chutney and curd.
