The Ingredients need to make Multi Grain Chapati:
  1. It’s 1 tablespoon of Wheat flour
  2. You need 1 tablespoon of Ragi flour
  3. It’s 1 tablespoon of Jowar flour
  4. You need 1 tablespoon of Rice flour
  5. Prepare 1 tablespoon of Besan/ Chana dal flour
  6. It’s to taste of Salt
  7. It’s of Water for kneading dough
Step to make Multi Grain Chapati:
  1. In a mixing bowl take wheat flour, ragi flour, jowar flour, rice flour and besan. Add salt to taste and mix
  2. Adding some water, knead a semi soft dough and keep covered aside for some time
  3. After a while, Knead the dough again, take a tennis ball size dough, dusting with some dry flour, roll out a chapati..heat a pan, cook the chapati from both sides
  4. And then dry roast directly on heat / ga. just like we do for Phulka
  5. Apply some ghee and serve hot immediately with Moong Sprouts usal / sabji and raita.. its just Healthily Yum
