The Ingredients need to make Multi Grain Methi Bites:

- It’s 2 tbsp of sesame seeds
- It’s 1 of big bunch methi leaves cleaned, washed, and chopped
- It’s to taste of Salt

- You need 1 tsp of garam masala
- It’s 2 tsp of dhania jeera powder
- You need 1 tsp of haldi
- You need Pinch of hing
- Prepare 1 tbsp of warm oil
- It’s as required of masala - (black pepper, garlic powder, black salt)
- Prepare as needed of Oil for frying

- Mix all the ingredients well. Add water and knead a dough the way you prepare for puri Let dough rest for 10 min
- Divide the balls equally. Roll them into big roti
- Give them desired shapes with a cutter or cut square piece Prick them with a knife so they dont fluff while frying.
- Heat some oil and start frying on a medium flame so that the pieces cook well inside. Sprinkle some masala on top to add flavour
- Fry on medium flame for better result
