The Ingredients need to make North Indian Thali:
  1. It’s 1/4 cup of Pigeon pea
  2. You need 2 tbsp of Split yellow Moong
  3. You need 1 of small sliced onions
  4. It’s 1 of small tomato chopped
  5. Prepare 2 of slit green chillies
  6. You need 7-8 of garlic cloves
  7. You need 1 tsp of Ginger grated
  8. It’s 1/4 tsp of Turmeric
  9. You need 1 tsp of Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
  10. It’s of Salt
  11. You need 1 pinch of asafoetida
  12. It’s Leaves of Coriander
  13. Prepare Squeeze of Half Lemon
  14. Prepare 1 tsp of cumin
  15. It’s 1 tbsp of Ghee/ Oil
Step to make North Indian Thali:
  1. Wash and add the add both the Dals to the pressure cooker. Add turmeric, salt, onions, tomato, green chillies, garlic, ginger and 2 cups of Pressure cook for 3-4 whistle
  2. Now heat pan with ghee or oil and add the cumin and 1 dry red chilli and asafoetida. Switch off the flame and add Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder. Pour this immediately to the dal and mix well. Add chopped coriander leaves and squeeze half a lemon. Mix and serve hot.
  3. For Ghee Roti👉 I have taken 1 cup of wheat flour and added a tsp of Ajwain and some salt. Now add 3-4 tbsp of ghee and knead the dough. Sprinkle water and knead to a stiff and smooth dough. Keep aside for 10 minutes and then make small portion. Roll into circle,apply ghee again, fold and roll into paratha You can also make like laccha paratha Done!
