The Ingredients needed to make North Indian breakfast thali:
  1. You need of For chhole-
  2. Prepare 1 bowl of Boiled kabuli chana
  3. Prepare 1 of chopped onion
  4. It’s 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
  5. You need 1/2 cup of tomato puree
  6. It’s 1/2 tsp of coriander powder
  7. Prepare 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder
  8. You need 1/2 tsp of garam masala
  9. It’s 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder
  10. Prepare 1/2 tsp of lemon juice
  11. You need 1/2 tsp of chole masala
  12. It’s to taste of Salt
  13. Prepare of Chopped onion and coriander for garnish
  14. You need of For Dough -
  15. You need 1 bowl of wheat flour or maida
  16. You need 1/2 cup of curd
  17. It’s 1 pinch of baking soda
  18. It’s 2 pinch of salt
  19. You need 200 ml of vegetable oil
  20. It’s of For kheer-
  21. It’s 500 ml of milk
  22. It’s 1/2 cup of rice
  23. Prepare 1 cup of sugar
  24. It’s 1/2 cup of chopped dry fruits
  25. You need 1/4 tsp of elaichi powder
Step to make North Indian breakfast thali:
  1. For chhole- take kadhai and pour 3tbsp mustard oil or vegetable oil and put 1/2 tsp jerra, 2 Bay leaf,and add onion and fry till golden brown. Mix garlic paste to the tadka and fry with tomato puree and all spice powder. Keep stirring for 2 to 4 min When oil starts to remove from the mixture then add chana, salt to taste and chola masala add 2 cup hot water and mix all them well and cook for 5 min chole ready… Garnish with coriander leaves and chopped onion.
  2. For bhatura- Take a bowl of wheat flour and mix half cup curd, a pinch of baking soda, 2 pinch salt and mix well all. Make a dough, and keep aside for 5 hours, then make big bhaturas and fry them in oil. Bhature ready…
  3. For kheer- Take 1/2 litre boiled Buttermilk and mix half cup rice, cook for 15 to 20 mins, when rice is well cooked then add sugar and elaichi powder and cook for more 5 mins then garnish with dry fruit Kheer ready…
