  14. You need 1/4 teaspoon of sugar
  15. You need 1 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate
  16. It’s 1 teaspoon of garam masala
  17. Prepare Splash of lemon juice
  18. You need 1 tablespoon of oil
  19. You need of Chopped fenugreek or coriander or both
  20. You need of Tempering ingredients
  21. You need 1 tablespoon of oil
  22. You need 1/2 teaspoon of Whole jeera
  23. You need A few of curry leaves
  24. It’s of Sesame seeds
  25. Prepare of Fresh chopped coriander
  26. You need 1 tablespoon of besan flour
