  1. Prepare 8 cups of palmnuts
  2. You need half of kilo of beef
  3. You need 1 of medium size of stock fish
  4. You need 2 cubes of Maggi
  5. Prepare 1 teaspoon of salt
  6. Prepare 1 of tea spoon of dry pepper
  7. You need 1 of satchet of banga spice

When the fish and beef are cooked, add the palm fruit concentrate and water and cook to desired consistency.   5. When the skin is peeled from the nuts, add warm water and sieve until all the juice is out.
