Delta banga soup is best served with starch or eba. This Banga soup is one of many delta state soups in Nigeria. While it is indigenous to the Deltas, it is also loved and enjoyed by both People from Edo state and all over the Niger Delta state

The Ingredients needed to make Banga soup with starch:
  1. It’s 6 of Ada rodo
  2. You need 2 of cksp Crayfish
  3. You need of Salt
  4. You need 7 of big cups Palm fruits
  5. Prepare of HandfulFresh prawn
  6. Prepare 2 of dry fish
  7. You need 1/4 kg of Meat
  8. It’s 2 of Maggi
  9. Prepare leaf of Dry bitter
  10. Prepare 4 of Oburunbebe stick
  11. It’s 3 of Fresh Pepper

When the fish and beef are cooked, add the palm fruit concentrate and water and cook to desired consistency. Banga soup and starch is a very delicious meal enjoyed by the people of Delta state in the southern part of Nigeria, though its enjoyed around other part of the country. Step to make Banga soup with starch:
  1. Boil Palm Fruits for about 35minutes,pound with mortar transfer into a bowl.
  2. Add warm water and extract the juice,at least 7-8cups of it will be enough for the
  3. Use a sieve to strain the extract into the cooking pot.boil for 15minutes with the pot half open
  4. It will be thick.wash dey fish with warm water and salt.remove the bone
  5. Boil meat and stockfish with onion,Salt and Maggi.boil for 30min
  6. Precook prawn boil with half cup of water,salt.
  7. Pour the meat and stockfish in the boiling palm fruit extract.
  8. Add crayfish,pepper,asalt,oburunbebe stick,cover and boil for another 12-15minute
  9. Add the slice bitter leaf,Salt and Maggi cover to simmer for another 5minute
  10. Pour out starch into a bowl,add water to the starch untill it forms sister solution.
  11. Pour in the liquid solution into a pot and add a splash of palmoil.
  12. Adjust the fire from low to medium,stir vigourouly as you are boiling to avoid lump
  13. Boil and stir same time onces is done it will be thick.
  14. Serve together with
