The Ingredients needed to make Salty Chin-chin:
  1. You need 2 cups of flour
  2. It’s 2 tbsp of milk
  3. It’s 2 tbsp of melted butter
  4. It’s 1 tsp of baking powder
  5. Prepare 1 tsp of powdered ginger
  6. It’s of Oil for deep frying
  7. It’s of Salt
  8. Prepare of Water
Step to make Salty Chin-chin:
  1. Sieve flour in a bowl add milk,salt,baking powder and powdered ginger mix well,add your melted butter rub it,add warm water and kneed to form a softy dough
  2. Allow it to rise for 5minuteRoll it using rolling pin and cut into desired size and shape.
  3. Fry in hot oil till golden brown.When the chin chin had cooled down completely, is ready to eat😋 Enjoy
