The Ingredients needed to make Homemade Salty Cashew:
- Prepare 2 cups of All-purpose flour
- It’s 1/2 Cup of Semolina
- It’s to taste of Salt
- You need 1/2 Cup of Clarified Butter
- Prepare As needed of Lukewarm water
Step to make Homemade Salty Cashew:
- In a mixing bowl take all the dry ingredients and mix them well.
- Add clarified butter to it and rub it with your palms and give it crumble texture.
- Now knead the hard dough by adding little by little water at a time.
- Once the dough is ready. Divide it into parts and roll it into a big and about 2 inch thick tortilla.
- Now the cap of any small water bottle start cutting the cashew
- Once cutting is done heat oil in a pan and start frying the cashew
- And when it turns golden in color take it out on absorbent paper and sprinkle mango powder and red chilli. (Optional).
