Pad Thai, as I mentioned earlier, is a Thai style stir-fry rice noodle Its an extremely famous street food in Thailand. Its one of Thailands national Stir-fry means youre going to cook everything in a very short time.

The Ingredients need to make Pad Thai Inspired Stir Fry:
  1. You need 1 of leek, finely sliced
  2. Prepare 1 of red onion, finely sliced
  3. You need 200 g of cooked, chicken shredded
  4. It’s 50 g of beansprouts
  5. You need 1 inch of ginger root, finely grated
  6. Prepare 3 of garlic cloves, crushed
  7. You need 2 of eggs, beaten
  8. You need 1 tbsp of coconut oil
  9. It’s 200 g of brown rice noodles
  10. You need 3 tbsp of Tamari sauce
  11. Prepare of Garnish
  12. It’s 2 of large red chillies, sliced
  13. You need 40 g of crushed raw peanuts
  14. Prepare Handful of coriander
  15. Prepare 2 tsp of dried chilli flakes
  16. Prepare 1 of lime

Pad krapao is a traditional stir-fry pork dish with Thai basil that can be found in the many street food stalls of Thailand. Stir in basil leaves and season with pepper. This scrumptious noodle recipe Pad Thai Gai is the real deal - a version of famous Pad Thai (only easier!) direct from Thailand. The noodles are stir-fried until they have that famous Thai sticky/chewy taste.

  1. Cook the rice noodles according to the packet instruction Drain then refresh in cold Set to one side.

  5. Add the Tamari sauce, toss quickly and then transfer the stir fry to serving dishe
  6. Garnish with the peanuts, dried chilli flakes, raw chilli, coriander and wedges of lime. Enjoy!
