The Ingredients need to make Pad Thai x Any Vegetables:
  1. It’s 1/3 medium of capsicum
  2. Prepare 1/2 of onion, chopped
  3. Prepare 1/2 of leeks
  4. It’s 1 of flat rice noodle
  5. Prepare 2 tbsp of fish sauce
  6. You need 1 tbsp of palm sugar
  7. Prepare 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  8. It’s 1 tbsp of shrimp paste
  9. You need 1 tbsp of tamarind
  10. You need 2 tbsp of warm water
  11. You need 2 tbsp of deep fried onion
Step to make Pad Thai x Any Vegetables:
  1. Soak rice noodle into lukewarm water for more than 3 hour
  2. Chop all vegetables as you like.
  3. Stair fry all vegetables and chicken (or shrimp or tofu) with oil. When its cooked, take a pan away from heat.
  4. Mix tamarind and warm water, stair well. Put fish sauce, shrimp paste, palm sugar and soy sauce into that.
  5. Put the pan on heat again and put drained rice noodles in (at that time rice noodle is not soft enough). Stair fry a bit and put the sauce from step 4 and stair fry more.
  6. If it seems burned, put a bit of warer. When rice noodle get soft (not too soft), put that on a plate and serve)
