The Ingredients need to make Egg Tofu Donburi:
- You need 480 ml of Dahi
- You need 4 Tbsp of Sugar
- It’s 4 Tbsp of Sake
- You need 4 Tbsp of Mirin
- It’s 8 Tbsp of Soy sauce
- It’s 2 packs of Marinated tofu
- Prepare 2 of chopped onions
- You need 6 of eggs
- Prepare 6 dl of cooked Japanese rice
- Prepare 4 of green onion, thinly sliced
Step to make Egg Tofu Donburi:
- Add Dashi, sugar, Sake, soy sauce and Mirin in a pan. Heat until boiling. Add onion and cook for a minute at medium heat.
- Cut the tofu into 1 cm cube Add the tofu pieces to the pan and cook until the meat is cooked through.
- Beat egg in a small bowl and pour over the tofu and onion. Cover and cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Slide egg and tofu with sauce over rice in a bowl. Sprinkle with green onion.
