The Ingredients need to make Egg Tofu (awaran Kwai):
  1. You need of fresh raw eggs
  2. Prepare of Fresh smooth grated ginger nd garlic,1/2 thinly sliced onion
  3. It’s of veg oil for frying, 3Maggie cubes
  4. Prepare of Sweet pepper and curry should be (optional)
  5. Prepare of Black pepper powder
Step to make Egg Tofu (awaran Kwai):
  1. Break eggs in a bowl, add crushed garlic,smooth grated ginger,pinch of black pepper,thin slices of red onions,crushed maggie cubes,and beat the mixture.
  2. Put the batter in cups and placed it in a pot containing water,cover and cooked for 20min
  3. Cut into desired shapes and fry in shallow hot veg oil until golden brown.Serve warm with either yaji or sauce you can even serve it just like that.
