The Ingredients need to make Veggie Fried Rice:
  1. Prepare 1 cup of boiled rice
  2. You need 1 spoon of oil
  3. It’s 1/4 tsp of mustard
  4. You need 1 of chopped onion(medium size)
  5. You need 1 of chopped capsicum (medium size)
  6. Prepare 2 of chopped carrot(medium size)
  7. You need 2 of big spoon boiled /frozen green peas optional
  8. You need 2 tsp of soya sauce
  9. It’s 1 of chopped green chilli
  10. Prepare of Salt as per taste
Step to make Veggie Fried Rice:
  1. Take a medium size pan, pour oil in it, add mustard seed in the oil for 2 seconds then add chopped onion,carrot,capsicum,peas chopped green chilli and salt.Cover the pan with lid and cooked 8-10 minute
  2. When vegetables are cooked, add the rice to the veggie mixture. Pour the soy sauce on top. Stir and fry the rice and veggie mixture until heated thoroughly and mixed.
  3. Its ready to eat
