The Ingredients needed to make Klepon Labu Kuning / Pumpkin Sticky Rice Balls With Palm Sugar:
- Prepare 100 grams of pumpkin purée
- Prepare 100 grams of glutinous rice flour
- It’s 2 tbsp of thick coconut cream
- It’s 1/2 tbsp of salt
- Prepare of Water for boiling
- Prepare of Filling
- Prepare 6 tbsp of shredded palm sugar
- It’s of Topping (Steam everything)
- Prepare 6 tbsp of shredded coconut
- Prepare 1/2 tbsp of salt
- Prepare 1 of pandan leaf
Step to make Klepon Labu Kuning / Pumpkin Sticky Rice Balls With Palm Sugar:
- Put together the pumpkin purée, glutinous rice flower and salt. Mix well.
- Then add in the coconut cream. Mix well again.
- Take 1 tbsp of the pumpkin dough. Shape into a ball then flaten it out. The fill with shredded palm sugar. Shape into a ball.
- Do until everything is done.
- Put some water in a pan. Let it boil.
- When boiling. Add in the ball
- When they float, they are cooked. Take them out and let them re
- Put the steamed coconut on a tray.
- Then dunk in the pumpkin balls on the coconut. Coat them all.
- Serve.
