The Ingredients needed to make Japanese Daikon Rice and Onigiri (Rice Ball):
- Prepare 1 of Daikon Radish stalk
- It’s 1/2 cup of dried young sardines
- You need 6 g of dried bonito flakes
- Prepare 2 tablespoon of sesame
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of Dashi powder (Japanese fish bouillon powder)
- Prepare 2 tablespoon of sesame oil
- Prepare of Cooked rice
Step to make Japanese Daikon Rice and Onigiri (Rice Ball):
- Remove the big leaves of the stalk
- Cut finely
- Bonito flakes and young dried sardines
- Sesame oil on pan and fry Daikon stalks first
- Fry well for about 5 minutes and then put sardines and bonito flake Season with Dashi powder.
- And put sesame
- Mix cooked rice with Daikon stalks fry. And garnish with sesame
