  9. It’s 1 tablespoon of garlic ginger paste
  10. It’s 1 tablespoon of tomato paste

  13. Prepare 2 cups of rice, soaked and drained
  14. It’s 4 cups of cold water for the rice
  15. You need to taste of salt
  16. Prepare 6 tablespoons of cooking oil
  17. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of red food color dissolved in 1/4 cup water
  18. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of yellow food color dissolved in 1/4 cup water
  19. It’s of Whole spices-2 cardamom pods, 2 pieces cinnamon, 2 cloves(optional)

  10. Add in your garlic ginger paste
  11. Add in your blended tomatoes
  12. Add in your masala, turmeric, curry powder and dhana jeera
  13. Add in your salt and tomato paste
  14. Mix in your chicken pieces
  15. Now add the yoghurt or mala.
  16. Let simmer on low heat until ready. Keep stirring as necessary,
  17. Serve with your rice prepared above and enjoy!
