Hyderabadi chicken biryani is an aromatic, mouth watering and authentic Indian dish with succulent chicken in layers of fluffy rice, fragrant spices and fried onion This stovetop version of the well-known Indian rice dish is made with chicken and seasoned with turmeric and ginger.   11. Prepare 85 g of raisins
  12. Prepare 30 g of coriander, ½ chopped, ½ leaves picked and 2 tbsp toasted flaked almonds, to serve

I had never made chicken biryani before I decided to share this recipe. Chicken Biryani is one of the more complicated rice dishes in Indian/pakistani cooking.   6. Turn off the heat and leave for 10 min Stir well, mixing through 15g chopped coriander. To serve, scatter over the leaves of the remaining 15 g coriander and 2 tbsp toasted almond
