The Ingredients need to make Vickys Asian-Style Pork Patties, GF DF EF SF NF:
  1. You need 500 g of pork mince
  2. You need 100 g of sausage meat (2 gluten-free sausages without skin roughly)
  3. You need 1 of small onion, finely chopped
  4. You need 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  5. It’s 1 of mild red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
  6. Prepare 1 handful of fresh coriander / cilantro, finely chopped
  7. Prepare 1 dash of fish sauce to help bind
  8. You need 1/2 tsp of ground coriander
  9. It’s to taste of salt and pepper
Step to make Vickys Asian-Style Pork Patties, GF DF EF SF NF:
  1. Break up the pork mince and sausage meat and add to a mixing bowl with the onion, garlic, chopped coriander, chilli, around 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, ground coriander and some salt pepper
  2. Mix together well
  3. Form into golf-sized ball Youll get around 16. Flatten slightly into patties, cover and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or until ready to cook. You can also freeze them at this stage. Theyll keep well for up to 3 month Defrost before frying
  4. To cook, heat a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan on a medium-low heat and fry off 4 - 8 of the patties for 5 minutes on each side, or until golden on top and cooked through. Then repeat with the remaining patties
  5. Serve with some of my previously posted Thai Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce!
