Step to make Japanese Leek Chijimi:
- Combine all the ● ingredients in a bowl, and evenly blend until smooth.
- Heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat, and spread oil evenly. Pour the batter into the pan, making a large pancake.
