The Ingredients need to make Japanese Leek and Ginger Soup:
- Prepare 2 of Japanese leeks
- Prepare 2 of thumbs Ginger
- Prepare 1 block of Silken tofu
- It’s 100 grams of Pork
- It’s 900 ml of Water
- Prepare 1/2 tbsp of Chicken stock granules
- It’s 1 tbsp of Soy sauce
- It’s 1 tbsp of Sake
- It’s 2 pinch of Salt
Step to make Japanese Leek and Ginger Soup:
- Mince the white part of the leek, and cut the green part into round slice Grate one of the ginger, and mince the other one.
- Cut the pork into very thin strip
- Heat oil in a pot, and stir-fry the pork. When it starts to cook through, add the minced leek and ginger, and continue stir-frying.
- When fragrant, add the water and flavouring ingredients, and scoop in the tofu with a spoon.
- Simmer for about 15 minutes, add the grated ginger and round slices of leek, then its done!
