The Ingredients needed to make Filipino Cassava cake♪:
  1. It’s 250 g of Pão de queijo Powder (Tapioka powder)
  2. You need 90 g of shredded coconut
  3. It’s 1 of egg
  4. It’s 1 of egg white
  5. It’s 110 g of Evaporated Milk
  6. It’s 120 g of Sweetend condensed milk
  7. You need 400 ml of Coconut milk
  8. You need 212 g of Coconut cream
  9. Prepare of Toppings
  10. You need 1 of egg york
  11. You need 10 g of shredded coconut
  12. You need 60 g of Evaporated Milk
  13. It’s 40 g of Sweetend condensed milk
  14. It’s 100 ml of Coconut milk
  15. It’s 70 g of Coconut cream
Step to make Filipino Cassava cake♪:
  1. Preheat oven to 190℃. Mix well all cake ingredient Mix well all toppings ingredients except coconut
  2. Put #1 (cake ingredients) into square cake pan.
  3. Put #2 in the oven, bake for 45
  4. Pour topping ingredients on top of cake and shredded coconut.
  5. Put it back into the oven, bake for another 15mins to 25 min
  6. Done!
