The Ingredients need to make Veg Kurma (Kerala Style) Chapathi:
  1. You need 1 of Carrot
  2. You need 1 of Potato
  3. You need 1/4 cup of Peas
  4. It’s 5-6 of Beans
  5. It’s 1/8 cup of Beetroot
  6. You need 1/4 cup of Cauliflower florets
  7. It’s 1 of Onion
  8. It’s 1 of Tomato
  9. It’s 1 inch of piece Ginger
  10. You need 2 cloves of Garlic
  11. You need 1/8 tsp of Fennel seeds
  12. It’s 1 of Green chilli
  13. You need 1 tsp of Red chilli powder
  14. It’s 1/4 tsp of Turmeric powder
  15. You need 1 tsp of Coriander powder
  16. You need 1/4 tsp of Garam masala
  17. Prepare 1 tsp of Salt
  18. You need 1/2 cup of Coconut milk
  19. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Mustard seeds
  20. Prepare 1 tsp of Coconut oil
  21. You need 1 strands of Curryleaves
  22. It’s 1 tbsp of Coriander leaves
Step to make Veg Kurma (Kerala Style) Chapathi:
  1. Pressure cook all the vegetables for 1 whistle.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai and splutter mustard seed
  3. Add finely chopped onion, finely chopped green chilli, curry leaves, crushed fennel seeds and ginger garlic paste.
  4. Saute well until the onion become light brown in colour.
  5. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala.
  6. Saute for few minute
  7. Then add chopped tomato and cook till the tomato becomes soft.
  8. Add cooked vegetables, water as per your consistency and salt.
  9. Mix well and cook it for 5 minutes in medium - low flame.
  10. Add coconut milk and switch off the flame.
  11. Garnish with some coriander leave
  12. The tasty vegetable kurma is ready to serve.
