The Ingredients need to make Veg Kurma (Kerala Style) Chapathi:
- You need 1 of Carrot
- You need 1 of Potato
- You need 1/4 cup of Peas
- It’s 5-6 of Beans
- It’s 1/8 cup of Beetroot
- You need 1/4 cup of Cauliflower florets
- It’s 1 of Onion
- It’s 1 of Tomato
- It’s 1 inch of piece Ginger
- You need 2 cloves of Garlic
- You need 1/8 tsp of Fennel seeds
- It’s 1 of Green chilli
- You need 1 tsp of Red chilli powder
- It’s 1/4 tsp of Turmeric powder
- You need 1 tsp of Coriander powder
- You need 1/4 tsp of Garam masala
- Prepare 1 tsp of Salt
- You need 1/2 cup of Coconut milk
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Mustard seeds
- Prepare 1 tsp of Coconut oil
- You need 1 strands of Curryleaves
- It’s 1 tbsp of Coriander leaves
Step to make Veg Kurma (Kerala Style) Chapathi:
- Pressure cook all the vegetables for 1 whistle.
- Heat oil in a kadai and splutter mustard seed
- Add finely chopped onion, finely chopped green chilli, curry leaves, crushed fennel seeds and ginger garlic paste.
- Saute well until the onion become light brown in colour.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala.
- Saute for few minute
- Then add chopped tomato and cook till the tomato becomes soft.
- Add cooked vegetables, water as per your consistency and salt.
- Mix well and cook it for 5 minutes in medium - low flame.
- Add coconut milk and switch off the flame.
- Garnish with some coriander leave
- The tasty vegetable kurma is ready to serve.
