The Ingredients need to make Veg Thai Curry:
  1. It’s 2 cup of coconut milk
  2. It’s 1 of bell pepper
  3. Prepare 1 of carrot
  4. Prepare of Green peas
  5. You need 8 cubes of cottage cheese(paneer)
  6. It’s of Sweet corn
  7. Prepare 2 tsp of coconut oil
  8. It’s of Thai curry paste
  9. Prepare 1 of tsbsp soya sauce
  10. It’s 3 of red chilli
  11. You need 0.25 tsp of turmeric
  12. Prepare 1 inch of ginger
  13. It’s 1 tsp of garlic paste
  14. It’s 2 tbsp of lemon juice
  15. Prepare 10 of soaked cashews
  16. It’s 0.5 tsp of cumin powder
  17. You need 5 of pepper
  18. Prepare 2 tsp of jaggery
  19. Prepare of Salt
Step to make Veg Thai Curry:
  1. Take all ingredients for Thai curry paste(as mentioned above in ingredient section) and blend to a smooth paste.
  2. In a pan take oil + Thai paste and sauté well for 2 minute
  3. Now add vegetables of your choice (carrot, potato, capsicum, paneer) and boil in low flame for 10 minutes
  4. Now add coconut milk to it and boil in sim for 7 minute Garnish with cilantro leaves and serve with rice.
